A templom elődeiről jóformán alig tudunk valamit, 1595-ből maradt ránk egy feljegyzés, mely szerint már ekkor református templom volt a faluban, ez viszont áldozatául esett az 1818-as földrengésnek, ezért újat építettek helyette. A jeleneg is álló templom 1904-ben épült. Egyszerű, de mégis megragadó, parányi falusi templom. A bejárat fölött, a tetőgerincen hagymasisakos faharangtorony emelkedik, melyben harangok nincsenek. A két harang a templom melletti faharanglábon van el helyezve, ez az utóbbi években épült. Korábban a templomtól 200 m-re dél-nyugatra lévő dombon volt egy szegényes, rogyadozó harangláb. A toronyablakok és a bejárat szegmensíves, a hajó ablakai félkörívesek. Belseje 7 X 16 méteres, centrális elrendezésű, 200 ülőhelyes.
